Mango Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
- 2 large, ripe mangos, diced
- 1 large firm avocado, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 limes, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice the mangos, avocados, red bell pepper, red onion and combine them together. Next seed and mince the jalapeño and add it to the mixture. Juice both limes and zest only one, adding the juice and zest to the bowl. Chop the cilantro and add it to the mixture. Lastly taste for salt and pepper and season as needed.
