Ordering Policy
How soon do I need to place and order for bakery or deli?
The earlier you place your order the better, but know that our standard cut-off time for special orders is by 12-noon, 2 days prior to item pick up. Some items may require longer notice and are noted on the item directly.
Can I cancel my baker or deli order?
Orders may be cancelled prior to our stated order cut-off time of 12-noon, 2 days prior to item pick up. If it’s past the deadline, please call one of our stores and discuss with a manager directly to see if order can still be cancelled
Gift Cards
Can I purchase Draeger’s gift cards on your website?
Yes, gift cards may be ordered in any denomination from our website. You may also purchase a gift card at any of our registers in any of our stores. Click here to order.
How soon will I get my gift card if ordered online?
We mail all gift cards, whether to the customer directly or to as a gift, via certified mail, so please be sure to note the timing of your order and be aware that someone needs to be available to sign for the card. We do this to protect your purchase, as gift cards are just like cash.
Are gift cards refundable?
We are so sorry, but gift cards are non-refundable.
May I use the gift card on Instacart or on your website?
At this time, gift cards may only be redeemed in person or with store personnel on the phone.
How can I find out the balance on my card?
To get the balance on your card, please call our corporate office at 650-244-6500.

How may I request a donation for my event?
Draeger’s supports their communities, and we try to donate where we can. For donation requests please submit on letterhead, at least 30 days prior to your event. You may email the request to info@draegers.com, and you may follow up by calling our corporate office at 650-244-6500. We will follow up with a letter to you regarding your request
Is your facility gluten-free or nut-free?
No, our facility processes all allergens in our production. We are very careful during production, and thoroughly clean and sanitize between batches, however all allergens are processed in our kitchens.

Are your turkeys gluten-free?
Our turkeys are from Diestel and are all natural, oven roasted and gluten free. These turkeys are thoughtfully raised on family farms and contain no hormones-antibiotics-growth stimulants.
