Draeger's stocks an incredible variety of gluten-free foods. Vendors were situated throughout the store, sampling their gluten-free foods. Miglet's, an outstanding East Bay bakery, had samples available to try and sold bakery products in the private dining room. Amy Phillips from Three Senses Gourmet featured delicious gluten-free desserts.
Dr. Rick Petersen, co-author of The Gluten Effect, and Jacqueline Mallorca,author of the Wheat FreeCook and Gluten-Free Italian cookbooks, gave free lectures upstairs in our Cooking School.
